Pie crust isn't as hard as some people think. In this class you will learn the secrets to making a light, flaky, buttery pie crust - every time. Worried about fluted edges? Perplexed by lattice tops? We'll show you the tricks of the trade and you'll never settle for mediocre crust again! At the end of the class we will share the demo pies. Each individual will make their own pie to take home with them. What to know: * This is a hands-on instruction. Each participant will be an active participant in this class. * If you have long hair, please bring something to tie it back. * You'll be on your feet for the majority of the class. Please wear comfortable closed-toed shoes. * We will be eating what we cook, and containers will be provided if you'd like to take home any leftovers. * You'll get a laminated sheet with techniques and recipes for future use. * Masks are not required, but we will need proof of vaccination.
