All of our jam is made with fresh produce in small batches - to optimize quality, flavor and texture. Our pepper jam is small diced pieces of a variety of bell peppers combined with jalapeno peppers, apple cider vinegar and sugar. This sweet and mildly spicy jam is fantastic with cream cheese or goat cheese on crackers.
