Behind the knife and whisk...
Chef Kimberly, of Chop & Whisk, has over twenty years experience in the culinary world. She studied Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management at the Culinary Institute of America in New York.
Originally working in administration, Kimberly was inspired by a chance meeting of famous Chef, Julia Child, who told her it was never too late to follow your heart. With the full support of her husband she enrolled in culinary school, and the rest - so they say - is history!
She has worked in the USA, Ireland and Australia developing recipes, creating menus, teaching cooking classes, catering and managing culinary related businesses.
She relocated to the Los Angeles area with her husband, daughter and two dogs.
Everyone on the team at Chop & Whisk has a passion for great cuisine, a love of laughter, and the desire to bring joy to lives - one mouthful at a time.
